As a solopreneur, I put off redesigning my website for far too long, dreading the process and all that typically goes with it. The jamn team was an absolute dream to work with — leading me through a process in which I typically feel out of touch, confused and at the mercy of some faceless tech bros, and made it feel safe, integrated, humanized and aligned.

Working through each step with Jen‘s guidance and capability at the helm gave me an incredible amount of confidence. She and Nav took my vision, and turned it into a fully realized site that speaks to who I am, my brand and my audience more than any site I‘ve ever had before.

I‘m so grateful for their creativity and expertise!

The Brief

A digital home for a purpose-led coaching practice She In Purpose is a holistic life coaching brand founded by Tasha Thomas, helping women reconnect to their purpose and truth. The brand needed a website that felt as warm and intentional as the work itself—a space that could hold the depth of the offering while making it simple for visitors to take the next step.

Whether that next step is booking a Clarity Session (a 60-minute 1:1 coaching conversation), attending a group workshop, or purchasing a digital resource, the site needed to guide each visitor clearly and without friction. The full project — visual design, development, content structure, and third-party integrations — was handled independently using WordPress.

What We Built

Translating a deeply personal brand into a functional website

Several interconnected challenges shaped the project:

Brand clarity — Tasha’s work spans coaching, consulting, and community. The site needed to communicate all three without overwhelming or diluting the message for a first-time visitor.

Multiple user journeys — Visitors range from first-time browsers to women ready to book. The offerings span free community spaces (Sisterhood Sessions), seasonal group experiences (Quarterly Holistic Planning), upcoming in-person retreats, and paid 1:1 coaching — each needing a distinct path with clear calls to action that feel inviting.

Integrated commerce & booking — Sessions needed to be bookable without friction, and digital products purchasable — all without a custom backend or developer handoff.

Community building — A newsletter strategy (“Your SiP”) needed to be woven natively into the site to grow an owned audience over time.

A connected, low-maintenance tech stack

Three third-party tools were integrated directly into the WordPress site, each solving a specific function without requiring custom development:

Calendly — Session Booking
Embedded as a pop-up on offering pages so visitors can book a 1:1 coaching session without leaving the site. Calendly handles availability, confirmation emails, and reminders — keeping the experience seamless on both sides.

PayPal — Digital Product Payments
The Nourish to Thrive Workbook is sold directly via PayPal. No cart plugin required — a clean, direct purchase flow that reduces drop-off at checkout.

MailerLite — Newsletter (“Your SiP”)A signup form embedded in the homepage footer and throughout the site invites visitors to join the newsletter. The opt-in copy is crafted to feel like a genuine invitation, not a lead magnet. MailerLite handles list management, automations, and broadcast sends.

The Result

The She In Purpose website launched as a fully functional, conversion-ready platform that authentically represents Tasha’s brand and coaching philosophy. Visitors are met with a clear, emotionally resonant experience that guides them naturally toward booking, purchasing, or staying connected through the newsletter.

The integration of Calendly, PayPal, and MailerLite means the site works independently — handling bookings, sales, and community growth without ongoing technical maintenance. Tasha can focus entirely on her clients and her work, confident that her digital presence is doing the heavy lifting.

The result is a website that doesn’t just look the part — it functions as a true business tool, built to grow with She In Purpose as the offering evolves.
